What documents are required for setup?

To comply with Malaysian business standards and setup your Payment Gateway, we require your Company SSM, Directors' NRIC (Front & Back), and the last 3 months of Bank Statements.

Why is the Setup Fee non-refundable?

The RM 8,399 fee covers the immediate allocation of cloud servers, software licensing, and custom configuration of your "as-built" platform.

How do I choose my domain?

You can provide any domain of choice (e.g., .com, .com.my). Registration is subject to global availability at the time of setup.

What if I need custom features?

You are receiving the system as demonstrated. Any additional bespoke customizations will be quoted and charged via a formal Change Request Form.
